SELENE: A MOON COLONY ESTABLISHED IN 2020 BY THE HUMAN SPACE ALLIANCE. WAS ONCE A FACTORY TO CREATE ROBOTS AND MILITARY CYBORGS ALONG WITH MINING, BUT ONCE THE SYNTHETIC REVOLUTION OCCURRED, ITS ECONOMY FELL INTO DESPAIR. ONLY RECENTLY HAS ITS NEWER GOVERNOR, CINTH, BROUGHT BACK INDUSTRY AND STABILITY TO THE COLONY. THE FUTURE PLANS OF SELENE ARE TO ALLOW A MIXING OF SYNTHETICS AND HUMANS TO LIVE IN A COLONY AS INDEPENDENT CITIZENS.
